My throat, ear & body hurts :(?

I was sick 2 1/2 weeks ago now my throat, left ear & some of my body hurts. It hurts to swallow, drink & eat! What can I do? I can't afford to be sick or even see my doctor plus I'm a work at home mom so I can't take days off!! Help
