What should i do with my crazy asperger husband?

Has he seen a psychiatrist? He would really benefit from one, they could provide him with the proper medications he needs. My younger brother has autism, which is similar to aspergers. He has been medicated for years and is rarely violent anymore. He will never be normal, but medications help him live a life that is easier for him and his family.
