Breaking my heart?? Hurting pls!!!!?

Long story short I've been seeing this guy for about a month and we had a special connection and he had baggage from his ex of 8 years he's been talking to and he said he was completely over her but he wanted me to trust him. He met my parents etc then he found out his mom had cancer he told me he didn't want a relationship now and he said to be honest his ex is in the medical field and she's helping him with doctors etc but still wants to remain talking to me . What should I do And I was under his plan with my phone and he said he would open one under my name and keep paying and today he randomly texted me saying let's get an account today under my name for my phone and I told him it's oKl to cut it off and he did and I got pissed I wrote let's just not speak and forget because u lead me on I deserve better and he was like okay your pissed for nothing I understand if you don't want to talk to me u don't have to change ur number and I'll always have a special place for you in my heart. What does this mean is he playing with me I'm tired of this!?he's saying his parents are sick and he's not ready for a relationship an I don't know about his drama is he into me?
