Just spent the past 6 hours trying to sleep, but I can't because I can't stop consciously breathing and it causes me to breathing irregularly. When I do stop conscious breathing and start to fall asleep, I get awoken as there is a jolt in my body expelling the built up carbon dioxide from my body because of my inefficient breathing. It's so frustrating that I'm about to start punching holes in walls. What am I suppose to do?
