I have taken 2 prego tests and a hospital test but it showed negative but i still have all the signs am i preg?

My bf and i have alot of and he cam inside of me a little once 1 month after that i started getting all the signs like my hurt craving foods moody and i had my monthly but it only lasted 2 days but yet i fail all the prego test any idea what could be going on?
