Messed up my back, need a new ab exercise? HELP!?

Try pilates based exercises as they tend to use your stomach muscles without putting strain on your back (I did this to recover from a back injury a few years ago). The reality is this though - you could damage your back further by doing anything so take it easy or you'll end up being unable to train for years.
