I'm trying to remember the name of a reality show?

I think it was a british tv show. The goal was to get their own restaurant. Each team of two people had an actual restaurant set up and the judges would visit it and check out their food and how it was run. They would also have challenges. One I remember was photographing their food for posters and another was making airline food. Although I may be mixing two shows together. It was a few years ago and I just cant remember enough details about it to search for it. Does anyone have an idea what I'm talking about?
