HOMEBUYERS/RENTERS: What attracts you to a property advert first?

I'm looking to rent a house and the first thing i look at is the price, then it'll be photographs, then title and I won't really take any notice of the estate agent. But i'd say the most important thing that attracts me to look at a property is definitely the price.
