Front tooth suddenly pressure sensitive?

Hi. I haven't had any filling or anything in this tooth, and I'm almost positive it isn't rotting away.. this happens every 6 months or so, and the same tooth will get sensitive for a few days then stop. It doesn't hurt, it just feels tingly and is sensitive when I add pressure to it. It's one of a few teeth that are crooked... I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I used some Sensodyne, but it's just annoying and uncomfortable. I can eat and everything too.
