I don't know what's wrong with me??? Is it tampons or an effection?? ?

I got my period and I used a tampon like I always been doing for the past years. But for some reason I have this huge bump on my left lip of my vigina. I don't know how I got it. I got it before where I pushed on it a d blood just came out like it was left overs from my period and I felt fine after but this time it hurts really bad. I did the same thing like I did last time and no blood came out just clear water stuff or what ever u want to say it is and like tissue peaces. I'm kinda freaking out. I don't know if it's because of the tampons or it I have an effection down there. All I know it hurts bad now and I still have it. It's smaller but it's still there. My boyfriend said I should go to the doctors but I have no health insurance. If some can help me to let me know what it could be please do tell me. In the mean time I'll start looking for a clinic to go to that can help.
