I have a pressure in my knee that makes bending my knee back difficult. It doesn't hurt, it's just swollen.?

Honestly I don't even know what happened. One moment I ws fine and the next I noticed that my knee was "clicking" -that hurt a bit. Shortly after the clicking went away my knee began to swell and became difficult to bend. It's been almost three days!
