How is an uncircised guy gonna use a condom?

I heard I'm supposed to "pull the foreskin back" but the head of my is SO FRIGGIN SENSITIVE! If I rub a little bit I jolt back because it hurts. What do I do? If I put a condom on I'm afraid it will rub during and then my skin will hurt.
